Earlier this month GDA provided new TV hearing equipment for Mr Edward Nicholas from Cheltenham. He was so delighted he wrote to us:

Please forgive the delay in thanking your office and organisation, including of course your very able and efficient Emma Jenkins who on 8th November installed a wonderful hearing TV device that enables me to hear clearly all TV programmes.
The advice given by Emma was most clear and helpful indeed. If necessary, but I cannot visualise calling on your wonderful service again, nothing could possibly have been done better.
